Welcome to Southern Knights Atlanta! By purchasing tickets or participating in our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as an attendee.

1. Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase is made.
  • Funds from ticket sales are used for event pre-production costs and cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled in its entirety.
  • If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket's face value. Processing fees, handling charges, or other associated costs are non-refundable.

2. Celebrity Appearances

  • All announced celebrity appearances are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays, illness, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
  • While we strive to provide accurate schedules and appearances, Southern Knights Atlanta is not responsible for changes or cancellations of celebrity guests.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • Southern Knights Atlanta provides security measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. However, we are not liable for any damages, theft, loss of personal property, or injuries that may occur during the event.
  • By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees must adhere to all event rules and venue policies. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
  • Southern Knights Atlanta reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee who violates these terms.

  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances that impact the event (e.g., acts of God, pandemics, or public safety concerns), Southern Knights Atlanta reserves the right to modify or reschedule the event without liability.
